What we collect
When you use the contact form we receive your name, organisation, role if you give it, email address, area of interest, and message. We collect nothing else about you through this site: there are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to continue any conversation that follows. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.
Where it goes and how long we keep it
Enquiries are delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Our website is hosted by a third-party provider that processes the request on our behalf. We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
